His right hand was severely deformed due to leprosy, and he was also scalded. His left palm was also covered with sores. His face showed signs of nerve paralysis from leprosy. His parents were most afraid that after the diagnosis their family would be completely ostracised in the village.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lepramisszio.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/arti1.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-2171\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lepramisszio.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/arti1-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"534\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.lepramisszio.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/arti1-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.lepramisszio.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/arti1-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.lepramisszio.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/arti1-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.lepramisszio.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/arti1.jpg 1195w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The little girl waited for the operation, broken and scared. Her mother and little brother were with her all the time, which was a great help for the hospital. The first surgery was done, and then the rest!<\/p>\n<p>Half a year later, you wouldn't recognise him! His hands and face had been renewed, his eyes relaxed, his features smoothed. There is every chance that no one will ever know afterwards: he was once a leper! They can be cured!
