World Leprosy Day, 26 January 2025.

On the last Sunday in January, "World Leprosy Day", we raised awareness for leprosy patients worldwide. It is totally unacceptable that this easily treatable disease is still present on earth and that someone is diagnosed every 2 minutes! We in Hungary, with the help of many thousands of good-hearted compatriots, are passionately fighting for a leprosy-free world! We thank you for your support on January 26th in many local communities all over the country, for raising awareness about our advocates and for your donations to help our patients in India, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Congo to heal and to put their lives back on track!
