Mária Molnár, the martyred Hungarian missionary. She was one of the rare - and the only - Hungarians who undertook a mission between the two world wars. She spent fifteen years among the Papuans.

The International Lepramism Mission was founded by a wealthy Irish man, Wellesley Cosby Bailey (1846-1937) and his wife Alice Graham. Father Damian (1840-1889), Mother Teresa of Calcutta (1910-1997), Princess Diana of Wales (1961-1997).
