Canon Tamás Mórocz, parish priest of Bodajk, gave his fourth highly successful concert in aid of the Leprosy Mission! On the afternoon of 4 October, he played the organ at the Reformed Church in Székesfehérvár city centre. Father Tamás himself introduced the music and its significance, given that on this very day the world was commemorating the 800th anniversary of the death of St Francis of Assisi! The sublime sound of the organ inspired a wonderful sense of reverence and contemplation in everyone present. – The mission’s staff outlined the aim of the event, explaining that the generous donations from those present would bring comfort and a new lease of life to people suffering from leprosy in India, Bangladesh, the Congo and Myanmar.
We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to the pastor of the host parish, Vilmos Brunner, and his colleagues for their warm hospitality, and to Father Tamás for his selfless love!
Glory be to God!
