Charity concert

Those who came to St Imre’s Church in Székesfehérvár last Sunday were treated to a wonderful experience! Father Tamás Mórocz, parish priest and canon of Bodajk, made a donation for the third time to those cared for by the Leprosy Mission, and following performances in Bodajk and Környe, he gave a magnificent concert in Fehérvár on the church’s splendid organ. The event was opened with introductory remarks by Bishop Antal Spányi, followed by the music. Father Tamás wove the music around the verses of Psalm 46, simultaneously explaining and deepening its message. Those present offered their donations towards the education of children affected by leprosy. – We are deeply grateful to Father Tamás Mórocz for his faithful love towards the lepers most in need, to His Grace the Bishop for his honourable patronage, and to all our kind listeners for their generous donations!
